A sommelier for 20 years, I've worked in many restaurants and as a wine merchant — from Paris to Aix-en-Provence, Tulle, Poitiers, all the way to New Jersey. Now based in Alsace and passionate about my craft, I created Chez Vous Wine Tasting to share what I know.
I teach how to taste a wine — the three steps: sight, smell and taste —, the aromas of each grape variety and the ways vines are grown. I work mainly with independent winemakers and serve tapas paired with every wine.
I also work in a biodynamic vineyard: being at the heart of the vines lets me talk to you about terroir and winemaking. Above all, wine is about sharing!
